Our Story
Meet Lars and Mihai from Germany and Romania respectively. Both in our thirties, we live with our families in this great city of Amsterdam, which we are proud to call home and now also the birthplace of Micro Bite.
We came to Amsterdam for different personal reasons, met in a completely different field of work and formed a great friendship but it was our common passion for health, sustainability, and the magic of microgreens that led us to start Micro Bite together.
We grow more than just microgreens, we are cultivating an amazing friendship and business partnership!
Our journey into the world of microgreens is more than just a business venture; it’s our way of sharing our belief in the power of these tiny greens. Amsterdam, with its mix of historical charm and forward-thinking, has been the perfect spot for us to nurture our dream.
